Frogcoins can be thrown in and donated to the  Lotus Eater's Cave, granting 1 randomly chosen from the buffs, unless they're already active, for 30 minutes, while on the Lotus Atoll:

Random Rewards
+1  Treasure Chance
+5  Trophy Chance
+2.5  Sea Creature Chance
+10  Fishing Speed

While under any of these effects, the players will be able to catch the  Blessed Frog Trophy Frog. Once a fourth one is thrown, the The Lotus Eater NPC will appear. Throwing multiple Frogcoins at the same time will only consume one of them, while the others remain in the water. Attempting to throw a fifth Frogcoin does nothing.
