The Dragon's Lair is the unofficial name of a location in the  Crystal Hollows where players can buy the  Golden Dragon Egg. It rarely spawns in the  Mithril Deposits.

When a player is getting closer to the Dragon's Lair, the sound of a dragon's wings flapping begins to play, occasionally accompanied by a roar.

• Entering the Dragon's Lair for the first time awards the player with the "How to train your dragon?" Achievement.
• The Dragon's Lair the dragon itself and its first line of dialogue are a reference to Smaug from the The Hobbit.
• Purchasing a  Golden Dragon Egg award the player with the "The Golden Dragon's Egg" Achievement.
• A maximum of three  Golden Dragon Eggs can be purchased in each lobby.
• The Golden Dragon is one of few NPCs that can talk despite being blocks: other similar NPCs are the Jade Dragon and Oruo the Almighty.
