Oruo The Almighty is an NPC located in the  Continuum. They allow the player to fight Sun Gecko and apply modifiers to the  Time Chamber. They have an Essence Shop where the player can purchase perks and items for  Sun Gecko Essence.

 Sun Gecko Essence can be used in the Sun Gecko Essence Shop by talking to Oruo The Almighty in the  Continuum.
