Weapons

Weapons are items that consist of Swords, Bows, Longswords, Shortbows, and Gauntlets. They are used primarily to deal damage to mobs, but some weapons serve as support items rather than other primary sources of damage.

Types of Weapons

Swords

Swords are short-ranged melee weapons that deal damage to mobs within the player's Swing Range. They are designed for close-range combat.

Longswords are variants of Swords that grant increased Swing Range, allowing the player to hit mobs from further away.

Bows

Bows are ranged weapons that deal damage through projectiles: the distance a Bow's projectile travels is dependent on how long the Right-Click button is held for prior to releasing. They are designed for long-range combat.

Shortbows are variants of Bows that do not have a draw time: pressing the Right-Click button instantly fires a projectile, as does Left-Click.

Wands

Wands are items that consume Mana to cast abilities. They usually serve as support items and cannot be modified with Enchantments and Reforges, with the exception of Ultimate Wise.

Gauntlets

Gauntlets are items that function both as Pickaxes and Swords, and as such can have both modifiers exclusive to Pickaxes and Swords applied to it. Currently, the only Gauntlet in the game is the Gemstone Gauntlet.

Trivia

Many weapons in SkyBlock are references to other minigames on the Hypixel Network or other video games, such as League of Legends.
