Effects
Ability: Starfall RIGHT CLICK Shower stars in a 3 blocks area for 5s, dealing 300 damage to the mobs within. Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 2s  Intelligence Scaling: 0.3

Right clicking with the Starlight Wand places down a cloud on the position of the caster's crosshair up to 10 blocks away. This cloud has a radius of 3x3 and rains down stars, dealing damage every 0.25 seconds. With the Starlight Armor's Full Set Bonus, the cloud's duration is doubled and the area is increased to 4x4 blocks. It costs 100  Mana to use and has a cooldown of 2s.
