A Manta Ray is an EPIC Sea Creature that can be fished up from Hotspots in water.

A Manta Ray can be fished up from any Hotspot in water. It requires  Fishing XIX (19) or higher to be fished up.

Hotspot Sea Creatures have a 15% base chance to override other Sea Creature spawns. Certain modifiers can be used to increase it:

The base Weight for Manta Ray is 500, resulting in a catch chance of 5% (1 in 20 sea creatures) in Hotspot Sea Creatures pool. Currently there are no modifiers that can be used to increase it.
