A Hewver is a ︎ Critter that can be spawned by applying Honey to Fig Trees on the  Moonglade Marsh.

A Hewver has a 16.6% (1 in 6) chance to spawn after applying a  Fun-Sized,  Family-Sized,  Jumbo, or  Behemoth Pot of Honeycomb to a Fig Tree with a Tree Protection Order.

A Hewver walks around on the ground by default while sucking in nearby mobs. If the player throws a Lasso at it, it begins to move towards them. If the Hewver touches the player, it breaks the Lasso and sends the following message:

Reeling in the Hewver captures it.
