3-6 Mantis Shrimps spawn in the Icy biome of the  Critter Safari.

Mantis Shrimps swim around at the bottom of the icy lake. It will attack any players that get close by, dealing 25  Damage and high knockback. If a  Critter Capsule is thrown at a Mantis Shrimp and is caught, it dies and drops its loot.
