Frozen Blaze Armor is a LEGENDARY Armor set unlocked at Ice IX (9). It is the upgraded form of Blaze Armor.

Effects
Grants permanent Fire and Lava immunity. Full Set Bonus: Frozen Blazing Aura Damages mobs within 5 block range for 300 base Damage + 3% of their max Health every second and applies Slowness I for 4 seconds. Max Damage/s increased by +100 per 5,000 rods in collection (5000 max damage cap at 225,000 rods in collection)

Frozen Blaze Armor's Frozen Blazing Aura full set bonus forms a 5-block radius around the player. All Mobs within the radius take 300 damage, in addition to 3% of their max Health as damage every second, up to 500 damage per second.

For every 5,000 Blaze Rods in the wearer's collection, the cap is increased by 100 damage, up to a maximum of 5,000 damage per second at 225,000 Blaze Rods collected.

Additionally, all Mobs within the radius receive Slowness I for 4s.

Blaze Pet

The Blaze Pet's Bling Armor ability increases the stats of Frozen Blaze Armor by +40%. At Lvl 100, the base stat increases are as follows:

Tips

When paired with a high-level LEGENDARY Blaze Pet, this armor set can remain competitive against Fiery Crimson Armor with no Star Upgrades, when discounting its set bonus.
- However, the latter is still better due to the lack of a Pet restriction and set bonus.
- In Dungeons, Frozen Blaze Armor remains a viable alternative to Necron's Armor in Floor VII and early Master Mode until better Pets are used, such as the Golden Dragon Pet.
The full set bonus can be used to speed up Bestiary grinding, especially for Sea Creatures, as the low damage ticks can be used to tag Mobs and receive kill credit.

Trivia

A mob inflicted with Frozen Blazing Aura will not be frozen in place by the Ice Spray Wand's ability.
This set costs 6,553,600 Ice to craft, which assuming bought exclusively from the Builder, would take 1024 days to buy for 1 Coin each (and Packed Ice bought at 9 Coins each).
- This estimate can be reduced when accounting for the Shopping Spree perk from Diaz and Jerry's Workshop having a second place to buy Ice.
- Thus, it is recommended for ♲ Ironman players to use Ice Minions to get this armor instead of using the Builder.
While holding a weapon with Thunderlord, the aura causes lightning to strike every third damage tick.
Frozen Blaze Armor grants the same amount of base Strength as Necron's Armor.
Frozen Blaze Aura adds a flame and snow particle effect.
In order to prevent AFK strategies, Frozen Blaze Aura stops working after 30 seconds of the player not moving their mouse and player.
The fire and lava immunity does not work in  Kuudra's Hollow.
