Lost Bottle of Jyrre is an unobtainable COMMON item. It used to be purchased from Sherry for 50,000 Coins.

It is a legacy item, replaced with a new Bottle of Jyrre.

Usage

Upon drinking, it will provide a temporary boost to Intelligence. The amount of intelligence granted is based on the amount of time the bottle has been in the player's inventory; however, the intelligence bonus is currently capped at 100. The effect wears off after 10 minutes.

If the bottle is moved to any place besides the inventory, the intelligence bonus on the potion will be reset. The space considered the inventory does not include the Potion Bag or the Ender Chest. The bottle does not reset when traded on the Auction.

Players can use only one potion at a time, as trying to use another gives them the message "You already have an active Bottle of Jyrre!"

Intelligence & Price

To accumulate X intelligence, it needs

$20 X + \frac{X (X + 1)}{2}$ minutes.

Additionally, to accumulate 1 more level of intelligence when the current intelligence is X, the bottle requires

20 + X minutes.

So to get from 1 to 2 intelligence is: $(20 * 2 + (2 * 3) / 2) - (20 * 1 + (1 * 2) / 2) = 43 - 21 = 22$ min.

And to get from 40 to 41 intelligence, the bottle requires: 40 + 20 = 60 minutes.

Price starts at 100 coins and increases every 20 minutes by 100 coins. Additionally, every 20 levels of intelligence the increase of value increases by 100 coins.

Trivia

Jyrre is also an anagram of Jerry. It is likely that the developers did this on purpose.
In a brewing stand, a Bottle of Jyrre acts much like a bottle of water, as it can be turned into an awkward potion using nether warts, which is not recommended.
The NPC sell price of a Bottle of Jyrre will continue to increase even after reaching its maximum value.
