Enchanted Bone Meal is a COMMON enchanted item unlocked at Bone II (2).

Enchanted Bone Meal can be used as a fertilizer for instantly growing any plants on the Private Island. When used on a Grass block, it also generates new plants, similarly to Bone Meal. While this includes Saplings and Melon/Pumpkin Stems, it won't make actual Melon/Pumpkin Blocks grow or grow faster. Enchanted Bone Meal is also used in Pomtair's quest on the  Crimson Isle.

Enchanted Bone Meal can also be used on a Dead Bush or Red Thornleaves during the Alchemy Experiments Halloween Event to obtain Dead Seeds. It will be consumed upon use.
