SnowflakeKiwi is an NPC in the Prison of the Bereft based on a streamer with the same name.
SnowflakeKiwi was elected as a Minister to 
Aura. When she won, she attempted to remove the Work Smarter perk and was sent to the Prison of the Bereft. While imprisoned, she walks around the cage and sends messages in chat.
