The Australian Surveillance Goon is an NPC located in the Wizard Tower and Barry Center. They were initially introduced as part of [YOUTUBE] Candypat's Public Surveillance perk and required players to check in every 30 minutes. Failing to do so granted a 10% stat debuff. The duration was later increased to 12 hours and added as part of [MVP+] MelonKingDe's Minister perks.
