Im a squid kid
im_a_squid_kid
im_a_squid_kid is an NPC in the Community Center, formerly in the Prison of the Bereft.
im_a_squid_kid was elected as a Minister to 
Aura. When he won, he attempted to remove the Minion Union perk and was sent to the Prison of the Bereft. While imprisoned, he walked around the cage and sent messages in chat.
The player could use a 
Rusty Spoon to break the cage and make progress towards freeing im_a_squid_kid.
