Confused Goon (player)
Confused_Goon
Confused_Goon was an NPC in the Prison of the Bereft who was elected as a Minister to 
Aura. When he won, he attempted to remove the Work Harder perk and was sent to the Prison of the Bereft.
While imprisoned, he walked around the cage and sent messages in chat. The player could vote on his freedom by talking to the 
Judicial Goon. Voting against freeing the prisoners granted +5 Magic Find for 2hr, and cast votes could be recast upon the effect expiring.
