 Fossil Essence is an Essence. It is primarily used in the  Glacite Tunnels.

 Fossil Essence can be be obtained in the  Glacite Tunnels and  Glacite Mineshafts in multiple ways:

• Fossil Excavator
• Mining Fossils (which appear as Quartz blocks, stairs, and slabs) in  Glacite Mineshafts, rewarding 4-8 each.
• Collecting Dr. Stone's rewards.
• Collecting Fossil Muncher's rewards.
• Salvaging certain items.

 Peridot Gemstones can be applied to a Chisel to increase  Fossil Essence gain from the Fossil Excavator by 30%-100% per gemstone, up to 300% with  3 Perfect Peridot Gemstones on a  Perfect Chisel.

 Fossil Essence can be used in the Fossil Essence Shop by talking to Researcher Beryl in the  Fossil Research Center.
