Flying Pig has a 0.14% (1 in 690.33) chance to be dropped by Shiny Pigs during the Year of the Pig.

Right-clicking a Pig Pet whilst holding a Flying Pig will equip it to the Pet, granting it +40  Potato Fortune and +20  Speed. If another Pet Item were equipped on the Pet, it would refund the Flying Pig for 100,000 Coins and remove the perks it gave.

• The name of this item may be a reference to the popular saying "when pigs fly".
• The Flying Pig's stats are a reference to 8[PIG+++] Technoblade: the  Potato Fortune referencing The Great Potato War and the  Speed referencing Technoblade's goal to gain the most  Speed possible.
• Prior to version 0.24.2, the Flying Pig allowed the player to fly in the  Private Island and  The Garden while riding the pet, as the  Pig Pet used to be the actual mob.
• Flying Pig was first obtainable from the Ancient Pig, then from Raffle of the Century event during Year 300 and Year 400, before being added as a Year of the Pig drop.
