Bouncy Beach Ball

A Bouncy Beach Ball is an EPIC item obtained from fishing. It is used to start a minigame about bouncing the ball to obtain  Fishy Treats.

A Bouncy Beach Ball can be obtained while  Fishing anywhere during the Year of the Seal. It has a 25% (1 in 4) chance to replace a GOOD CATCH or GOOD JUNK CATCH.

When caught, the Bouncy Beach Ball grants +160  Fishing XP.

A Bouncy Beach Ball can be used to start a minigame where the player must bounce the Bouncy Beach Ball off of their head continuously, where each bounce counts towards  Fishy Treats. Up to  20 Fishy Treats can be obtained from a Bouncy Beach Ball after 40 bounces. Any bounces past 40 will provide no additional treats.

A Bouncy Beach Ball cannot be used on the  Private Island,  The Garden or the  Crystal Hollows.

The number of treats received is calculated depending on the number of bounces, rounded down:

If the player has a  Blended Fish Mixin active, the number of treats received is increased by 3.

After achieving 6–15 bounces in a row	GOOD! You kept the Bouncy Beach Ball in the air for <#> bounces and earned <#> Fishy Treats!
After achieving 16–25 bounces in a row	AMAZING! You kept the Bouncy Beach Ball in the air for <#> bounces and earned <#> Fishy Treats!
After achieving 26–39 bounces in a row	IMPRESSIVE! You kept the Bouncy Beach Ball in the air for <#> bounces and earned <#> Fishy Treats!
After achieving 40 or more bounces in a row	INSANE! You kept the Bouncy Beach Ball in the air for <#> bounces and earned 20 Fishy Treats!
When the ball hits the wall	Oops! Your Bouncy Beach Ball hit the wall after <#> bounces, still earning you <#> Fishy Treats!

• The maximum amount of bounces possible without bugs is 187.
  • This is because the velocity of a Bouncy Beach Ball becomes so great that it passes through the player's hitbox before detection.
