God Potion

The God Potion is a SPECIAL consumable item that gives the consumer a large assortment of positive potion effects and brews at max levels for a minimum of 12 hours.

God Potions can be bought for 1,500 Bits from the Bits Shop, accessible at Elizabeth in the Community Center.

The God Potion can be consumed via right-click to grant the following effects:

The default duration of the God Potion effect is 12 hours, this can be increased via the player's Alchemy skill levels up to 24 hours using the following formula: ${\displaystyle 12+0.24\times (\text{Player's Alchemy Level})}$ The total duration can also be increased via  LEGENDARY Parrot Pet by 0.2%—20%. The maximum possible duration of the God Potion Effect from a single consumed God Potion is 28 hours and 48 minutes. Consuming God Potion while the effect is already active will sum up the durations up to 192 hours (8 days).

Mixins are used to upgrade God Potions to give them various buffs. There are currently 13 different Mixins. Some require reaching Slayer level 8 in their respective Slayer to be unlocked. They're obtained through various shops, such as Bartender's or Agnes', or via crafting. Other Mixins are craftable and do not require Slayer requirements.

• The player cannot consume God Potions with Mixins for which they do not meet the Slayer requirement.
  • They however can use the same mixin to apply is to a God Potion inside a brewing stand, even without the Slayer requirement.
• Multiple Mixins can be put on a God Potion, and they will all be listed in the order in which they were applied.

• The duration of the God Potion Effect doesn't drop while the player is on any player's Private Island, the effect will however remain. The duration is also paused inside the Catacombs, but so will be the effect.
• God Potions bought before the City Project/Bartender's Brewery have been turned into "God Potion (Legacy)", a now unobtainable form of the item, which still has the old effect.
• The God Potion Effect does not dissipate when dying.
• Using any regular potion (any potion that is not a God Potion) while under the effects of a God Potion will not increase the effect's timer, even if the God Potion has less time on it than the potion being used would give. This renders all potions included in a God Potion useless while it is active.
• Players can toggle off the effects granted by God Potion by navigating SkyBlock Menu → Booster Cookie → Toggle Potion Effects. This requires an active  Booster Cookie.
• If a player drinks a Milk Bucket or a Magical Milk Bucket, all potion effects will be removed.
• The duration is not affected by any Potion Affinity Accessories, but is still affected by the Parrot Pet's fourth ability, "Parrot Feather Infusion".

• It is recommended for all players who can afford so to obtain and utilise the God Potion, as its effect is very strong and can help in all areas of SkyBlock. The easiest way to obtain this item is to claim the free Booster Cookie, play until you've earned 1,500 Bits, and then purchase it from Elizabeth in the Community Center. This method can only be used once however, as each player can only claim one free Booster Cookie. After that, a Booster Cookie may be purchased using SkyBlock Gems or from the Bazaar.

• There used to be a bug where when a player was warped directly from one Dungeons server to another, there was a small chance that they will lose all buffs from a God Potion, despite the Tab list and SkyBlock Menu still showing that it is active. This has been patched since then.
• During the release of the Chili Pepper update, there was a bug causing God Potions to grant the Coldfused Reforge as a potion effect.
  • It lasted for the full duration of the God Potion. This means that even after it was patched, players could still keep the effect until the potion ran out.
