Jumbo Backpack Upgrade

The Jumbo Backpack Upgrade is a SPECIAL item used to upgrade a Greater Backpack to a Jumbo Backpack, increasing its storage capacity by 9 slots (1 row) for a total of 45 slots (5 rows).

The Jumbo Backpack Upgrade can be purchased in the Community Center from Elizabeth for 4,000 Bits.

Upgrading a Greater Backpack to a Jumbo Backpack doesn't destroy any items inside it during crafting.

• Legacy Jumbo Backpacks, which had 54 slots and were crafted before April 20, 2021 that held items in the now-removed row would send the extra items to their owners' inventories or item stashes.^[1]
