The Flowering Bouquet is a RARE Reforge Stone which can apply the Blooming reforge to Equipment.

The Flowering Bouquet has a 2% (1/50) chance to be given by Garden Visitors in the  The Garden when completing offers.

The Flowering Bouquet can be used to apply the Blooming reforge to Equipment, most commonly used for the Peony Set. It requires  Mining XIII (13) to apply, however equipment with the reforge already applied can be used regardless of  Mining skill level.

Flowering Bouquet can be used in the Composter for 6,000 Organic Matter.

• Flowering Bouquet and  Golden Ball are the only reforge stones that can be consumed for a purpose different than applying a reforge.
