Dulin. It takes 30 seconds to forge. It requires Heart of the Mountain VII (7) to forge.

Usage
[edit | edit source]During the quest Beyond the Wall, the player gives the Secret Railroad Pass to the 
Ticket Master or 
Station Master in order to unlock the Dwarven Base Camp.
