The Red Scarf requires  Mining level XXI (21) to use.

• The Loving Bonus is a Multiplicative bonus to the player's Base Ability Damage, rather than the  Ability Damage stat.

• It is implied throughout Scarf's lore that this was a scarf his mother gave him, and that he studied Necromancy to bring her back.
• Loving is the only armor reforge that increases player's damage directly, as opposed to increasing stats.
