Desert Island

Desert Island is a Spawnable Island unlocked at Cactus V (5). It spawns a desert island on use.

Placing the item on the Private Island will spawn a Desert Island 16 blocks away in front of the player.

It is one of only four ways to start the Sand collection with the others being the Pond Island, buying a Sand Minion, or the desert settlement.

Spawning one is currently the only known way of obtaining the Desert Crystal, which has an effective radius of 16.

• Before the Mushroom Desert Revamp update this island was only source of the Sand collection.
• As soon as island is placed,  3 Sand blocks will immediately fall off.
