Obtaining

[edit | edit source]All Pest Vinyls have an associated Pest, from which they are dropped. The chance to drop a Pest Vinyl is the same for them all, and can be increased with Overbloom.

Usage

[edit | edit source]Pest Vinyls can be inserted into the 
InfiniVacuum™ Hooverius to grant the player the ability to play them, making the selected Pest more likely to appear. The Smooth Jazz ability from 
Mosquito increases the effectiveness of Stereo Harmony
Vinyl Collector
[edit | edit source]When 
Finnegan's Blooming Business perk is active, 
Vinyl Collector can visit The Garden, where they will ask for 1 randomly selected Pest Vinyl.
Carrot-Colored Vinyl Set
[edit | edit source]Any 5 Pest Vinyls can be placed in a Carrot-Colored Vinyl Set and gifted to a Garden Visitor to charm them, ensuring they will have better rewards on their next visit.
Buzzybee's Fantabulous Disco Destination
[edit | edit source]Can be filled with any Pest Vinyl. When a specific Pest Vinyl is inserted, its corresponding Pest will spawn within 10 blocks of its location when appearing on The Garden. This only applies to pests that spawn when The Garden isn't loaded.
Notes
[edit | edit source]- The Groovy Radar attribute grants the player a 25% (1 in 4) chance for a pest to drop a second Vinyl. With this attribute, players will get, on average, 0.0625 Vinyls per pest slain (excluding Overbloom.)
Tips
[edit | edit source]- To increase the chance for a specific pest to spawn, this item is best used with
Sprayonator. - Pest Vinyls on their own don't increase how many pests spawn over time, for that purpose players should aim to increase their Bonus Pest Chance stat.
