A Flexbone has a 25% chance to replace Treasure that's caught while Fishing in the Tomb Floodway. The amount gained depends on the tier of Treasure fished up:

GREAT CATCH 2-4x
OUTSTANDING CATCH 8x

The Flexible Fisher Attribute, obtained from syphoning Osedax Shard Osedax Shards, increases the chances of catching Flexbones by +2.5-25%.
