Melons can be found in  The Barn. When mined without Silk Touch, they drop  Melon Slices, which will increase the player's Melon Slice collection and  Farming XP. Melons can be obtained via crafting, using the Silk Touch enchantment, or using a  Compactor in a  Melon Minion.

• Melons aren't affected by  Farming Fortune or  Melon Slice Fortune when mined with a Silk Touch Axe. Instead, it always counts as 9 Melon Slice collection each, even though the average drop rate without Silk Touch is 5  Melon Slices.
