The Dragon Queen, sometimes called Dragon Empress, is the ruler of all dragons following the death of Jythar.

After the death of Jythar during the Calamity, all summoned dragons worship the Dragon Queen, or Dragon Empress (translation unclear according to Corm). The Superior Dragons are said to be the her direct spawns. It is possible that her and Jythar had a romantic connection.
