The Artifact of Control is a LEGENDARY Accessory that can be obtained from Shen's Auction.
Obtaining

[edit | edit source]The Artifact of Control appears in Shen's Auction, and can be won if the player is one of the top 20 bidders on the item when the auction ends. ♲ Ironman profiles have a separate auction, where top 10 bidders get the item.
When 
Mayor Diaz is elected with the Volume trading perk, the quantity is doubled to 40 top bids (20 for ♲ Ironman)
Raffle of the Century
