Ray of Helios
The Ray of Helios is a LEGENDARY item rarely dropped from Harvest Feast crops. It is used to craft the Sun's Grasp.
Obtaining
[edit | edit source]A Ray of Helios has a 0.0000002% (1 in 500,000,000 crops broken)[1] chance to be obtained from harvesting in-season crops during the Harvest Feast.
Overbloom can be used to increase the chance of finding Ray of Helios.
A Ray of Helios can also be obtained as a MAJOR reward from the Raffle of the Century.

[edit | edit source]- The reasoning for Ray of Helios's incredibly low drop chance and the reason why the
Sun's Grasp is not present in the Museum is outlined by [ዞ] MotorGorilla[2] :
[…] Pretty much everything rare in the game is now tied to an RNG Meter or Pity which largely takes away a lot of the surprise of dropping something super rare. Everything being tied to SB XP also makes people feel like they need to get something. […] The idea here was to make an item that not everyone will be able to get that is not needed for progression that still does something kinda cool white[sic] not being all that good. […]
It's entirely optional, and it's intended to bring back a little bit of the excitement from super rare drops pre-RNG Meter days.
