Nether Star are Guaranteed drops by A sprite icon representing Vanquisher in Hypixel SkyBlock Vanquisher, which has a chance to spawn when any mob is killed on Crimson Isle. The player that originally spawned it gets 3, every player who contributed to killing it gets one and the player who lands the killing blow gets an additional Nether Star.

Nether Stars may also be used as a currency with A sprite icon representing Mage Emissary in Hypixel SkyBlock Mage Emissary and A sprite icon representing Barbarian Emissary in Hypixel SkyBlock Barbarian Emissary to purchase Kuudra Keys of any tier at the price of Nether Star 2 Nether Stars, some Coins and Enchanted Mycelium Enchanted Mycelium or Enchanted Red Sand Enchanted Red Sand, depending on player's Faction.
