The Floating Islands were a series of islands accessed via the Forest where you could gather multiple types of wood: Birch, Spruce, Jungle, Acacia, and Dark Oak. Leaves and Saplings for these trees are also obtainable here.

There were five islands total: Birch Park, the Spruce Woods, Jungle Island, the Savanna Woodland, and the Dark Thicket. They followed an ascending and clockwise pattern as the player traveled through them. They each gave a different type of wood. Various types of flowers could also be harvested there.

Since update 0.7.4, the Floating Islands were replaced by The Park.

The Birch Park is where the player enters the Floating Islands from the Forest. It can also be accessed directly from the Player's Island by using a Portal unlocked at Birch Wood III (3). A launch pad leads back to the Hub Island, and another leads into the Spruce Woods.

Birch Wood can be collected by mining Birch Trees, which is required to beat a quest.

The Spruce Woods can only be accessed after obtaining Foraging II, by either using the portal unlocked at Spruce Wood III (3) or using the launch pad in Birch Park. A launch pad leading to Jungle Island is located here.

Spruce Wood is the collection item obtainable here by mining spruce trees.

Jungle Island can only be accessed after obtaining Foraging III, by either using the portal unlocked at Jungle Wood III (3) or using the launch pad in Spruce Woods. A launch pad leading to Savanna Woodland is located here.

Jungle Wood is the main collection item obtainable here, simply by mining them. Rarely, Cocoa Beans can be obtained by breaking a wood block that they are attached to, making it possible to obtain them before achieving Farming V.

Savanna Woodland can only be accessed after obtaining Foraging IV, by either using the portal unlocked at Acacia Wood III (3) or using the launch pad in Jungle Island. A launch pad leading to Dark Thicket is located here.

Acacia Wood is the only collectible here, from mining the trees found here.

Dark Thicket can only be accessed after obtaining Foraging V, by either using the portal unlocked at Dark Oak Wood III (3) or using the launch pad in Savanna Woodland. A launch pad leading back to Birch Park is located here, but Birch Park doesn't contain a launch pad to here.

Dark Oak Wood is the main collection item here, simply by mining them. A stack of Dark Oak Wood is required for beating Charlie's quest. The Mushrooms can be obtained by breaking them, making them possible to obtain before Farming V.
