Trading

Trading is a feature that allows players to trade items and Coins with each other.

To initiate a trade with another player, the player can either:

• use the /trade <player> command;
• interact with the person they wish to trade with through ⇧ Shift + Right Click;
• or click on the  Emerald in their profile menu, which will initiate a trade request.

The recipient will receive the following message in chat:

The maximum distance you can trade from is 9 blocks.

Almost all items can be traded, alongside a given lump-sum of Coins. Some items that cannot be put up for auction on the Auction House, such as Minions and certain items from Anita, can be traded; other items cannot be auctioned or traded at all, such as Sacks.

Items that are Soulbound cannot be traded at all, and items that are Co-op Soulbound cannot be traded with players outside of the player's Co-op.

A given lump-sum of Coins can be traded in the Trading menu. Players under SkyBlock Level 50 have a daily trading limit of 50,000,000 Coins players above SkyBlock Level 50 have a limit of 1,000,000,000 Coins, and players above SkyBlock Level 100 have a limit of 10,000,000,000 Coins.

Different icons in the Trading menu show different amounts of Coins

• represents 1–99,999 Coins;
• represents 100,000–9,999,999 Coins;
• represents ≥10,000,000 Coins.

♻ Ironman, ☀ Stranded, and Ⓑ Bingo players are explicitly restricted from trading. Additionally, players using a nickname cannot trade with anyone other than players with the 55[ዞ] rank.

• The first time a player completes a trade, they will get the Businessman achievement.
• Accepting a trade request in the Rift Dimension results in the players swapping ("trading") places rather than trading items, unless they are in the same Co-op.
