Chum

Chum is an UNCOMMON item.

Chum can be obtained by killing Sea Creatures near a placed Chum Bucket. Killed Sea Creatures drop  1 Chum, which is increased by 1 per additional nearby Chum Bucket, up to 4. The amount can also be increased by 2 with Glowy Chum Bait.

Chum can also be obtained by catching items or Sea Creatures with a Chum Sinker applied to any fishing rod.

Bucket Lover Attribute grants up to 50% chance to get additional Chum with when killing Sea Creatures.

Right-clicking on any placed  Empty Chum Bucket while holding Chum will deposit the Chum into the Chum Bucket. Up to 10 Chum can be put in a Chum Bucket. Each Chum gives 20 Coins and +10  Fishing XP when put in a Chum Bucket. Using the Luminous Bracelet grants an extra 20 Coins and +10  Fishing XP when depositing Chum into somebody else's Chum Bucket.

• The  Fishing XP gain is not affected by ☯ Fishing Wisdom.
• The Chum Sinker replaced the Chum Rod, the latter no longer being obtainable other than trading.
