A Secret Armor Set is an Armor set with pieces that at first don't appear to be related but form a full set and potentially even receive a Full Set Bonus when worn together. As of version 0.26.1, there are four Secret Armor Sets:[Confirm]

Monster Hunter Armor 220 Health, 235 Defense, 50 Intelligence, 5 Speed wip
