A Reaper Pepper has a 0.0002182539% (1/458,182) chance to be generated per item harvested by an Inferno Minion while it is using LEGENDARY (Hypergolic) Inferno Minion Fuel.

Up to 5 Reaper Peppers can be consumed to permanently gain +1  Health, +1  Cold Resistance and 10 SkyBlock XP per Pepper.
