Brain Food is an EPIC Permanent Consumable. It grants the player +1 Tracking up to 5 times, for a maximum of +5 Tracking.

Brain Food can be consumed up to 5 times. Each Brain Food eaten permanently grants the player +1 Tracking.

Second consumption	BRAINY! A variety of "fun" facts swirl around in your skull. Did you know these before?
Third consumption	BRAINPOWER! You look up the sky, and the constellations begin to make sense. Voiceless, they speak to you.
Fourth consumption	BRAINROT! Who is the Sphinx to be questioning you, anyway? The Sphinx cannot think like YOU can.
Fifth consumption	BRAINFREEZE! Every. single. digit. of pi, etched into your brain. You are the first to have reached the end. Sit down for a while and ruminate in your supreme intellect.
Attempting to consume more than 5	You've already consumed the maximum amount of this item!

Sphinx in many stories give riddles, testing heroes' wit, which explains why they're the source of Brain Food.
