► Abiphone Improvements

[edit | edit source]

We've made several changes to Abiphones in preparation of a new Abiphone Keynote event. Stay tuned for that event in the near future!

➥ Abiphones & Co.

[edit | edit source]

Say hello to Abiphones & Co! This new building in The Hub will let early game players purchase an Abiphone Basic, a new budget model of Abiphone with 6 contact slots. Alda (the employee who works here) will also teach you how to add NPC contacts.

➥ /call

[edit | edit source]

Players with the Cookie Buff and an Abiphone in their inventory have access to the new /call command. Need to reforge something? Use /call blacksmith! Checking what Dyes are in rotation this year? Use /call vincent! The command works for all NPCs that currently have a contact, so long as you have them added.

➥ Other Abiphone Changes

[edit | edit source]
  • Adjusted the various Abiphone Shop menus to condense the various available models into submenus.
  • Adjusted the build of Udel's Abiphone Shop in the Crimson Isle.
  • Adjusted the names of several Abiphone models for clarity.
  • Rescaled the features and pricing of existing Abiphone models.
  • Removed the ability to trade-in Abiphones as a result of Abiphone prices having been lowered.
  • Removed the upcharges/discounts in Abiphone prices from Nuvian and Udel respectively

► Other Changes

[edit | edit source]

➥ Stat Menu Improvements

[edit | edit source]
  • Sorted all SkyBlock Stats into new categories within the SkyBlock Menu.
    • Categories include Combat Stats, Mining Stats, Farming Stats, Foraging Stats, Fishing Stats, Hunting Stats, and Misc. Stats.
  • Adjusted the layout of the /stats menu.
  • Adjusted various items and perks to use the new stat classification system:
    • Superior Dragon Armor: Only buffs Combat Stats and Miscellaneous Stats
    • Blaze Pet: Only buffs Combat Stats, Fishing Stats, and Miscellaneous Stats on the Crimson Isle
    • Ender Dragon Pet: Only buffs Combat Stats and Miscellaneous Stats
    • Mithril Golem Pet: Only buffs Combat Stats on Mining Islands
    • Dragon Horn: Only buffs Combat Stats and Miscellaneous Stats
    • Legion Enchantment: Only buffs Combat Stats and Miscellaneous Stats
    • Bobbin' Time Enchantment: Only buffs Fishing Stats and Magic Find
      • As a result of it now increasing Treasure Chance and Double Hook Chance, Bobbin' Time's values have been reduced from 0.48%/0.64%/0.8% to 0.3%/0.4%/0.5% per bobber.
    • Mayor Jerry: Only buffs Combat Stats and Miscellaneous Stats
  • Base stats on items are now colored based on which category they fall into.
  • When you unlock a new stat in SkyBlock a chat message will be sent about it explaining what it does.
  • Simplified the item description for the stats menu button to make it less overwhelming.
  • True Defense now shows Damage Reduction % in the stat menu similar to regular Defense

➥ Taylor's Shop Improvements

[edit | edit source]
  • Added the command /warp taylor, which teleports you to Taylor's Shop (available by default).
    • This warp along with /warp elizabeth can now be found in the warp menu.
  • A chat message now gets sent in Hubs when Taylor releases a new seasonal bundle.
  • You can now click on Fire Sale Dyes in Vincent's menu to teleport to Elizabeth.
  • Global Sales of unlimited Fire Sale Dyes are now shown in Vincent's menu.
  • Modernized the item description of the SkyBlock Gems button.
  • Other minor text and coloring fixes.

➥ Axe Runes

[edit | edit source]

There's a new cosmetic type in this update: Axe Runes! This new type of Rune leaves particles behind it when throwing your Axe. For now there are only two Axe Runes available: Fading White and Fading Green. These new Runes drop from Fig and Mangrove Tree Gifts respectively.

➥ Reclaim Menu

[edit | edit source]

We're introducing a new menu for reclaiming updated items with old data. Our aim is to add all future reclaims to this menu to reduce the amount of places in the game where items can be reclaimed. You can access this menu using the command /reclaim. Items with available reclaims will have a notice in their item description as well.

In addition to this menu, these six items are no longer dungeonizable and can now be reclaimed:

  • The Primordial
  • Halberd of the Shredded
  • Reaper Scythe
  • Reaper Sword
  • Revenant Sword
  • Undead Sword

You will be able to reclaim the applied master stars and the dungeonization cost from the applicable items.

  • Various buttons in the SkyBlock Menu now show what command you can run to quickly access them

  • Shards now list their Hunting requirement
  • Moved certain Backwater Bayou mob drops into the Backwater Bayou section of the Bazaar and out of the mob drops section
