[July 28] Auction House Maximum Bid Limit Increase

Hey,

Today we rolled some changes to the backend systems for the Auction House. One of the included changes was to remove the 32-bit integer limitation. This now means that bids are no longer limited to 2.1 billion (2,147,483,647) and instead we have introduced a new limit of 10 billion.
